Newbridge Academy for Kids was the first pressing need launched through Community Impact Network. In its first year, the Academy dramatically reduced the community’s two-year waitlist for childcare—helping families return to work while creating meaningful local jobs. Today, the Academy serves more than 150 children, employs over 50 staff members, and continues to expand—opening new classrooms regularly.
