Community Impact Network exists to help turn shared vision into meaningful action.

Community Impact Network incubates, facilitates, and supports community improvement and community development projects throughout Wheeling and the Ohio Valley. We partner with individuals, nonprofits, businesses, and community leaders to launch initiatives that address real needs and create lasting, measurable impact.

From early-stage ideas to established programs, we provide the structure, support, and strategic guidance needed to help good ideas take root, grow, and serve the community well.
